Essential qualifications:  Holding senior administrative grade level post on regular basis with 3 yr regular service in the post and in the pay scale of Rs 37400-67000 with grade pay – Rs 8700.

               OR

At the level of senior reader or equivalent officer in the established academic institutions/ research centers with at least 3 yr regular With 3 yr regular service in the post and in the pay scale of Rs 37400-67000 with grade pay – Rs 8700.
